Very slight undulation to paper only visible in a raking light. No creases. There is a band of opaque bodied paint along the bottom 1 inch wide. This is cracked and lifting to bottom left and right corners, including under the signature. There are a couple of minor scuffs to the top left corner. Light foxing spots visible in the sky, and light timestaining to the paper. The colour remains fairly vivid. There are a couple of shiny spots to the right of the buildings, and an area of the gable has been scraped back - possibly an artist's revision?

There is a 1.5cm band of opaque bodied paint/restoration along the bottom edge of the sheet, possibly to cover an area of damage. The signature has been strengthed over this paint.
