A Black Forest-Type Carved Oak Desk Blotter, early 20th century, in the form of a St Bernard, with glass eyes and a barrel around its neck, 16cm high long; A Similar Pin Cushion and Cotton Reel Holder, in the form of a standing bear, 11cm high; A Similar Letter Rack, carved with two standing bears, and inscribed OBERER GLETSCHER, 25cm high; A Similar Candlestick, carved as a stork standing before a tree, 21cm high; and A Similar Corner Wall Bracket, carved with a deer's head, 17cm high (5)

. Candlestick with crack to the sconce, chip to one leaf tip and the birds beak. Blotter wear to the tip of the nose. Corner bracket with chipping to the shelf. Pin cushion with loss to the timber rim around the cushion, the bobbin and axles look to be associated. Letter rack with slight wear and chipping to the bottom right gate post
