Circa 1920's Lady's and Gents 18th Century Style Fancy Dress Costumes, labelled W Clarkson Perruquier & Costumier Wardour Street London; Gents comprises of a lilac figured silk jacket with silvered metallic trims and matching breeches, floral silk waistcoat, silk stockings; lilac shoes and lace neck tie, together with grey wig and tricorn lilac silk hat. Lady's Costume comprises a peach satin crinoline dress with gilt metallic trim, grey wig and lilac silk shoes.
They were purchased for a fancy dress event on a cruise ship in the circa 1920's, see photograph
