A Vienna-Style Porcelain Three-Piece Garniture, circa 1870, painted by Wagner with portraits of Maria Stuart, Georgiana (Duchess of) Devonshire and Julia Raymond within gilt cartouche on a ground of foliate and gilt swags with jewelling and pseudo cameos, comprising a baluster vase and two bottle vases, titles in black and shield marks in blue

Auction: Summer Fine Sale, 13th Jul, 2024

The Summer Fine Sale offers nearly 450 lots of ceramics, Asian art, clocks, rugs, works of art and furniture, including a collection of 19th century Terracotta Campagna Urns from Raby Castle, County Durham, a Lock of Florence Nightingale's Hair, and a French Alabaster Figure Group of the Holy Family, probably made in South West France in the late 14th century. A Private Collection of English Pottery will be offered in twenty-three lots, including numerous Prattware and Creamware figures, and the sale will also include pieces of fine 19th century furniture and good early oak and walnut furniture.
