A group of 19th century English ceramics including four pastille burners, a blue and white pearlware pierced dish and stand, a pair of Wedgwood blue and white plates, a Brownfield parcel gilt pottery model of a dog and basket, various other Staffordshire models and figures etc. (on two trays)

The Brownfield dog and basket, tail broken into two and retained, some staining and light giltwear, a recumbent greyhound, missing one ear, spaniel with bird, crazed and with a crack to the reverse, seated greyhound heavily crazed, a pointer on naturalisitc base, crack across left front leg, firing cracks to the underside, similar model with firing cracks only, porcelain poodle and cat group, poodles tail lacking, greyhound a hare group, hounds head reglued, crazed and stained, white glaze recumbent hound on roccoco plinth with loss to tail, heavily crazed and stained, pair of recumbent dogs on rockwork bases, with heavy staining, other items in the lot not reported.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
