A Pair of Second World War German D.F. 10 X 80 Flak Binoculars by Ernst Leitz, Wetzlar, finished in dark grey/green paint, the right side stamped D.F. 10 x 80, maker's beh code, OX and numbered 28022, with adjustable lenses, filters, rubber head rest and anti-flare hoods with bayonet catches, in a later wood box Footnote:- Brought back after the war by an RAF Rear Gunner who was shot down and taken prisoner. He made the box during his time as a P.O.W.
