It is highly unlikely that an export licence will be granted for this piece. In poor condition. There is a half thumbnail size chip out of the rim, though the rest of the rim is good. The body is dry with a paler colour and some 'fibrous' dry surface texture throughout. The three root feet are all damaged (pieces not retained), and the decoration has lost its crispness entirely and is heavily rubbed. 030214
