An Edward VII Silver Trophy-Cup, by Walker and Hall, Sheffield, 1908, tapering cylindrical and on spreading foot, with two leaf-capped scroll handles, engraved with an inscription to the Halifax Troop D Squadron Yorkshire Dragoons for the encouragement of Musketry Practice, with ebonised plinth and in fitted oak case, the cup 31.5cm high including plinth, weight of silver 20oz 3dwt, 626gr; Together With a silver plate hot-water jug and a silver plate basket, each with similar inscriptions (3)

The first Antiques & Interiors sale of 2024 comprises over 900 lots and includes a specialist section of Affordable Modern & Contemporary Art, and over 170 lots of Silver, including part of a collection of Regimental Silver, sold by order of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers to benefit the Fusiliers’ Aid Society. The second part of the Regimental Silver Collection will be included in the Jewellery, Watches and Silver Sale on 13th January.
