1925 President Zogu Error
Albania, 1925 President Zogu 10q rose-red, perf 11½ (SG.196a), mint never hinged block of twenty from the top left of the sheet, a very scarce multiple in normal form, this even more unusual with heavily shifted perforation. Extreme right pair affected by crease, insignificant in this context. Cat. £1,100 for normal hinged singles. A great showpiece. Along with a pristine SG.224 corner plate (Hahn number) block of 12 MNH (cat.£156).
