An Arts & Crafts Limed Oak Wardrobe, designed by Frederick Muntzer, three-door two-sectional with central mirror, with carved panels, two drawers to the base, labelled, 187cm wide, 57cm deep, 210cm high

Frederick Muntzer of 16 Dover Street in Piccadilly, London. Muntzer (1851-1939) was a prominent interior decorator of the time and friends with the architect Sir Edwin Lutyens and the artist Sir William Nicholson. Muntzer also had a building firm in Chelsea, he built several houses in Surrey for Charles Francis Annesley Voysey and his son Thomas was Voysey's pupil.

Right-hand door not apparently warped but does not hang straight and is not closing. Slight damages to cornice, particularly to the underside edge. Internally good. Handles appear to be original. Slight bruising to mirrored door frame and loss of timber in upper-right corner. Hanging depth is approximately 47cm.
