A Fine 18ct Yellow Gold Automatic Annual Calendar Centre Seconds Wristwatch with 24 Hour Indication, signed Patek Philippe, model: Annual Calendar, ref: 5035J-001, circa 2000, (calibre 315/198 S QA) 35-jewel lever movement signed and numbered 3131459, stamped with a Geneva seal mark, gyromax balance, 21ct gold rotor, silvered dial with gold coloured Roman numerals, three dials for day/month and 24-hour indication, date aperture at 6, three calendar pushers in the band, glazed screw back, back of the lugs with maker's mark PPCo and a convention mark 750 for 18ct gold, 37mm wide, with Patek Philippe boxes, Certificate of Origin, instruction booklet, calendar setting tool pusher, and other booklets see illustration

21.02.17, Case with light surface scratches, bezel with minor dents positioned at 1 and between 7 & 8 o'clock, later strap and buckle which is not by Patek Philippe, dial is clean, centre seconds hand with staining marks which are visible under an eyeglass, movement is clean, hour hand is getting stuck and not advancing past the 11 o'clock position when coming up for the date change cycle at 12 and this needs attention, the day calendar pusher is sticking when pushed in to adjust and needs attention, month and date calendar pushers are working correctly, movement is in going order.
