A volume from a collector's large holding of stockbooks and albums, hundreds of mostly mint stamps from 19th century onwards (incl. 1876 5pi brown unused signed), the very best items in generally top quality never hinged including 1922 crown overprint 100m black with crescent and star wmk, MNH, signed, 1926 King Fuad birthday 50p MNH (SG.134, cat. £190 for hinged), 1931 Zeppelin ovpts set MNH and each signed twice (SG.185/6, cat. £190 for hinged), 1938 King Farouk birthday MNH (SG.272, cat. £250 for hinged), 1946 philatelic exhibition m/s perf and imperf MNH (SG.MS311/312, cat. £240, usual natural gum skips), etc.
