A Late 19th Century Continental Centrefire Two Band Rolling Block Rifle, the 81cm two stage barrel octagonal at the breech with bow type rear sight and blade foresight with milled block base, no official markings, the barrel tang engraved "WILH: VON KREYFELT, ROTTERDAM", walnut full stock with blued barrel band, one incorporating the fore-end tip and sling swivel, the front of the trigger guard set with a sling swivel and with a milled finger rest, the shouldered butt with raised cheekpiece, the right side inset with an oval brass plaque engraved "F F Kesting", with steel butt plate, each side of the retaining screwheads for the butt plate base and tang, and the barrel tang are stamped 6, with leather sling, 121cm

Action works, some pitting to bore, rifling quite defined. Grey patching to metalwork and bruising to stock, with a small triangular chip under the butt. Gauge reads .35 (9mm) Orange rust pitting to blued barrel bands.
