A Mahogany Eight Day Longcase Clock, signed Barker, Wigan, circa 1780, swan neck pediment, flame mahogany trunk door flanked by fluted pilasters, 13-inch arch brass dial with a Roman and Arabic silvered chapter ring, inner date ring, seconds dial, arch with moonphase aperture and signed on two silvered plaques, four pillar movement with an anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 244cm high

Hood with later finials, hood with a later carved front, case with cracks in parts, underside of the hood with chips, base with small dents and cracks to the front and sides, dial is slightly discoloured, movement needs cleaning, with pendulum and two weights.
