Accumulation in four cartons including many hundreds of QV to early QEII issues on stockpages with plenty of useful material, a group of 1930s/'40s FDCs GB and omnibus mainly coronation and victory, as well as a small stack of commem new issues, forty numismatic covers in four binders, plus around 18 FDC albums incl. Channel Isles/IOM and four of the volumes Australia incl. presentation packs. Will benefit from organisation.

261 lots including several exciting original collections fresh to the market. Highlights include a specialised collection of St. Helena stamps and postal history, and a very extensive and impressive holding of Russian postal history with a particular focus on the Post Offices Abroad. The latter collector’s interests also extended through the Baltics to excellent Scandinavian Locals, as well as around the Eastern Mediterranean from the Balkans to Palestine and Egypt.
Amongst the postcards offered in the sale are fantastic albums from a dedicated collector, of high-quality and comprehensively assembled, which include transport related cards of Leeds, Skipton, Lancaster, Teesside and Middlesbrough as well as excellent general Yorkshire cards.
