A 19th Century Officer's Part Uniform to Major R.H.L.J de'Montmorency V.C. of the Royal Irish Regiment, comprising a crimson short tailed coatee with black shawl collar and cuffs edged with white piping, and labelled to the above, with a black waistcoat, with silver and gilt buttons; a Crimson Tunic with black facings, gold lace trim to the stand-up collar with silver coloured metal collar badges, gold lace and gimp Austrian knots to the cuffs, gold knotted shoulder straps with bullion rank badges to Lieutenant Colonel, and with a black mourning armband
