Sedarim Nezikim, Nashim and Mo'ed: first editions, deluxe issues, each one of 35 special sets on hand-made paper; Seder Nezikim is specifically numbered 26 of 35 special sets and signed by the editor Isidore Epstein on the limitation page. The remaining volumes in the lot (Seder Kodashim, etc.) are from the cloth-bound trade issue, of which 1000 sets were printed. The volumes not present here are the Seder Zera'im (comprising two volumes in the trade issue), the second volume of the Seder Tohoroth ('The Mishnahs'), and the Index volume. No other sets of the deluxe issue appear to have been offered at auction since 1971.
