Three 18th century South Staffordshire enamel patch boxes, one decorated and inscibed for 'the Cheshire Farmer', another 'An Emblem of Inocence' and another inscibed 'Trifles Show Respect' under a border of gilt flowers (3)

Cheshire farmer outer enamel in good order, wear and scratches to the underside, hinge good, box closing tightly, internally with a crack to the mirror and heavy tarnishing to the mirrors silvering and with a series of fine hair cracks inside the base, Emblem of Inocence enamel in good condition, except for minor abrasions to the reverse, with wear and scratches to the underside, hinge good with box closing tightly, polished steal surface with heavy wear and pitting, enamel in good condiiton accept for one fine short haircrack to the front, with wear and scratches to the underside, hinge good, box closing tightly, the mirror silvering tarnished
