Areas of fine vertical craquelure throughout in line with the grain of the board. Slight superficial surface scratch approx 1cm to top left within the roof slate. Tiny nick to the lower right corner of the brown building, left side and one to the head of the figure to the right of the left gate post, central. Some light surface dirt, the odd brush bristle trapped under the glass. Not examined out of the frame.

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to Prospective Buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale.
