There is glue residue to the head and the underbezel of the ring, partialy covering the pearls. There is surface wear to the pearls. It bears a town mark for Chester and 18 carat gold fineness mark, the date letter is rubbed and illegible but in our opinion would test as gold. Estimated diamond weight 0.05 carat approximately. The approximate qualities of the diamond are; colour H/I, clarity SI1/SI2. Gross weight 2.8 grams. Condition Report made 9th December 2016.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
