The leaf also looks to be missing a section or made from two, the scene does not quite match. Fan one - both guards have some discolouring and rubbing, the lace mount shows some wear and very slight discolouration, loop handle is missing. The box has some scuffing to the exterior and wear/staining to the interior. Fan two - rubbing and wear mainly to the guards, the paper mount has numerous splits, tears, scuffing overall and several of the faces are missing. The box has some scuffing to the exterior and wear to the inside.

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
