1903 trial booklet for substance of cover, white cover marked "C" and "Quality of cover but the substance to be as pattern marked 'D'", containing full complement of Minerva Head labels: one red pane and two green. Hinge remains on reverse lower edge, otherwise as good as it gets for this scarce trial. Cat. £1,600.
