Ancient India, Western Satraps (Indo-Scythian (Saka) rulers of parts of coastal & central India (modern Gujarat, Sindh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh), from 35 to 409AD), 14 x silver drachms all the Kardamaka dynasty (circa 120 to 395AD) & comprising 13 x different rulers from Rudrasimha 1 (175-197AD, two coins) to Rudrasena III (348-380AD); all with obv. portraits facing right & revs depicting a three-arched hill & river symbol with a crescent & sun, average weights 2.05 to 2.30g, various grades, majority VF or+, together with a silver drachm of Bhattaraka 470-492AD, founder of the Maitraka dynasty (470-776AD), rulers of present-day Gujarat, 1.85g; lot also includes a Tripoli Crusader billon star denier of Bohemond VI (1251-1275AD), 16 coins in total, all with identification details.
