Assorted Decorative Textiles and Accessories comprising a patchwork mounted small bellows, a petite point panel with fringed wool surround, a wool work bag with bamboo handles, two further bags with wool embroidery, a wool embroidered tea cosy modelled as a cottage, another worked in raffia,
a black and burgundy wool square panel appliquéd and embroidered with flowers and fruits 105cm square,
small floral wool runner, circular panel worked in coloured silk threads with a floral design, fringing with yellow figured silk reverse,
and a green wool curtain comprising four panels with floral embroidery, 125cm by 250cm etc,

A host of beautiful 18th and 19th century costume and accessories redolent of the English Country House will go under the hammer in the Costume, Accessories and Textiles Sale on 9th February, including a rare set of 19th century men's livery uniforms, a group of parasols which once belonged to Princess Mary, Countess of Harewood and daughter of George V, 18th century silk shoes and dresses, a 1930s lady's motoring outfit and a carved knitting stick inscribed 'Rudding Park', the fine Georgian manor on the outskirts of Harrogate.

Also of note in the sale is a circa 1911 Steiff teddy bear, and a good collection of Lace from a Private Collection, which includes fine examples of Late 19th Century Irish Youghal Needle Lace, Late 19th Century Swiss Whitework Lace, and Early 20th Century Honiton Lace.
