A Four-Piece French Silver Tea and Coffee-Service, by Champenois, The Sugar-Bowl by Flament et Fils, Paris, Circa 1900, each piece pear-shaped and on four scroll feet, the lower bodies chased with rocaille, comprising: a coffee-pot; a teapot, each with ivory insulated handle, the hinged covers with cast shell finial; a sugar-bowl and cover, the cover with cast shell finial and a cream-jug, 31cm diameter, 27oz 17dwt, 866gr (4)

The pieces variously marked underneath, on handle, near rim or on cover. There is wear to the marks in many places. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the high points. There are bruises to each piece but there are most noticeable on the teapot. There are some cracks and discolouration to the ivory insulators.
