A Set of Twelve Edward VII Silver Table-Knives
by Francis Higgins, London, 1902

Elizabethan pattern, engraved on one side with a crest, with steel blade

28.5cm long

Sold for £220
Estimated at £250 - £350


Each marked with maker's mark on one side of the blade and with the remaining hallmarks on the other. There is some minor wear to the marks but in general they are clear. There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are some marks to the steel blades.
