George III, Bank of England Dollar 1804, obv. older laureate & draped bust, C.H.K. with stops on truncation, no stop after ‘REX,’ leaf points to centre of ‘E’ in ‘DEI,’ rev. ‘BANK OF ENGLAND’ around seated Britannia with shield in oval garter inscribed ‘FIVE SHILLINGS DOLLAR,’ small ‘K’ in relief below shield; very faint initials ‘E O’ (?) lightly scratched below bust & a few faint hairlines o/wise very good edge & surfaces with light golden tone in legends & centre of rev., lustrous GVF to AEF
