November 33 Edw.I [1305], latin manuscript on parchment, 17 lines, approx 15cm x 20.5cm, folded (tears to folds, small hole with loss of first two letters of 'tenement', some staining.
Concession from Roger, son of Ralph of ?Penerwith to John le Herdemon of ?Penerwith, for the messuage which lies between the messuage of the latter and the messuage of Henry, son of Ralph.
2nd February 16 Edw. II [1323], manuscript on parchment, 11 lines, approx 8.5cm x 21cm, folded (wear at intersection), tab without seal. (2)
