oval, the pull-off cover engraved with a coat-of-arms, the base engraved with a cypher

Marked inside base with maker's mark only twice. The marks are only partly visible. There is some overall surface scratching and wear. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the engraved coat-of-arms. The surface is somewhat bright.
