Taxidermy: A Cased Pair of Herring Gulls (Larus argentatus), 1860-1942, by James Hutchings, Taxidermist's, Aberystwyth, Wales, a full mount adult perched upon a typical painted faux rock ledge, overlooking a juvenile full mount below, both mounted amidst a natural setting of grasses and ferns, upon painted faux rockwork beneath, set against a painted graduated pale blue/pink dusk sky back drop, enclosed within a typical period ebonised three-glass display case, 68cm by 22cm by 68.5cm.
