. Black lace dress - missing underskirt, condition slight rubbing and wear. Pale blue dress - zip replaced and broken, blue silk possibly later, slight discolouration to the chiffon, and a couple of small holes to the back. Black lace dress - a couple of small holes where the buttons are fastening, belt is missing, thread pulls, slight wear. Yellow dress - the dress is split to both arm holes, small holes to the front, under dress has light staining under the arms, thread pulls, trims are very worn. Fred Perlberg dress - some small stitched repairs to the bodice and waist, slight wear to the silk. Red evening dress - stitched repairs to the straps, slight staining under the arms, and wear to the silk. Harry Keriser dress - - slight discolouration to the bodice and under the arms, slight wear overall to the chiffon, some discolouration and wear. Lilli Diamond dress - some sequin and beads loss, some small stitched repairs and slight wear. Frank Usher dress - small stitched repairs under each arm slight rubbing and fading. Green and gold cocktail dress - very faded to the top of the shoulders, an area of wear just below the waist band, and another couple of stains, a small hole to the sleeve holes and some fading to the hem. Green chiffon dress - couple of holes to the lace on the back and front, couple of marks and small repairs to the skirt. Peach dress - trim loose to the neckline and some wear. Floral dress - -a tear to the bottom of the side opening, and to the top. Repairs and fraying to the edges of both shoulder straps, and to the back of the bodice some light discolouration and general wear.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
