Circa 1930s Evening Dresses, comprising a blue lace full length dress with short sleeves and collar; black lace long dress with V-neck and elbow length sleeves; black silk chiffon multi pleated dress with black velvet mount and straps; black lace mounted sleeveless dress with scooped neckline; black sleeveless lace and crepe dress with pink lining to the bodice; black velvet dress with asymmetric neckline, long flared cuffs with cream silk lining; purple velvet dress with short sleeves, scooped neck, buttons to the front; black velvet devore long sleeved evening jacket with flared cuffs, fur collar and diamante buckle (7)

. Blue lace dress - stitched repair to the side seams, one part open, several penny sized holes overall and loose threads. Black lace dress - fading to the shoulders, thread pulls and small holes, wear around the collar, Black chiffon pleated dress - tear to the chiffon below the opening, splits/openings to the seams on the skirt and a couple of tiny holes, velvet mount loose to the back and a couple of loose threads. Black lace dress - some wear under the arms and a couple of holes to the front and stitched repairs to both. Black lace and crepe dress - some marks to the hem, discolouration and staining to the pink lining, and a a hole, belt missing, couple of tiny holes to the back. Black velvet dress - some wear. Purple velvet dress - fadaing, especially to the shoulders, skirt and hat, velvet worn and rubbed, stitched repairs near the them. Black velvet devore jacket - fur collar rubbed and slight rubbing and wear.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
