. Day robe - -some fading, couple of brown rust marks, buttons are missing; CC41 dress - a couple of holes to the front and the back, several stitched repairs, also very faded and worn overall. Dan Keller dress - missing belt, some of waist seams open and slight wear. Blue and white wrap style dress - fading to the bodice, the lower part of the hem and the shoulders, some loose threads, stitched repairs under the one arm, and to the end of one sleeve, fabric ties have loose threads and overall wear. Blue and white dress - fading and wear, especially to the back of the neck and the inside of the white collar. Pink checked dress - fading especially to the back of the dress, repair to one pocket and to the edge of the waistband, some staining around the sleeve holes, wear, small hole to back of neck. Cotton checked dress - belt missing, white trims slightly discoloured and to the neckline, slight wear overall. Red dress - stitch repairs to the side opening, and to the back of one sleeve, also a rip to the back of one sleeve, fading in various areas overall, waistband loose in several places, and hem loose. Pink sleeveless dress -fading to the front and back, rubbing and general wear. Black and white dress - belt missing, split to one sleeve, and some stitched repairs, slight wear. Rhona dress - missing belt, repairs around the bottom of the collar, small splits and stain to one of the buttonholes, some very small thread pulls to the back of the neck, possible stitched repairs to the waist. Green dress - missing belt, fading overall. Rembrandt dress - belt missing, slight fading and wear.

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition. A Condition Report is an honest expression of our opinion, not a statement of fact and is provided as a service to the seller. All lots are available on public view ahead of an auction and we encourage prospective buyers to inspect an item in person where possible. Our Condition Reports are not prepared by professional conservators, restorers, or engineers, and are prepared with the naked eye unless otherwise stated.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
