the yellow rope twist ribbon motif gathered centrally by a cluster of round cut rubies in claw settings, within a border eight-cut diamonds in white claw settings, total estimated diamond weight 0.15 carat approximately

The brooch is in good condition however there are small chips to each of the rubies. It fastens with a pin and revolver catch. It is hallmarked with sponsor's mark '?GM', London, 1984. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour H/I/J, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 15.3 grams. CR made 25.07.23.
