Circa 1870 French Fashion Doll, with a bisque socket head and bisque shoulders, blue glass fixed eyes, closed mouth, pierced ears, original plaited wig, on a wooden body mounted with cream canvas, jointed to the knees, ankles and hips and shapely reverse, bisque lower arms, fully dressed with white cotton undergarments, brown silk skirt and fitted bodice, with zig zag appliqué trims, white socks and black buckled shoes stamped 'P' to the underside, 44cms,

Fingers to one hand chipped, both arms have been repaired and stitched, the shoulders are both hanging low. Slight discolouration and wear to the cloth mounted body. No marks or stamps to the bisque or body that i can see. The right ear has part of an earring lodged in it. Wig loose. Slightly grubby face and arms.
