oblong and on four ball feet, the shoulder engraved with foliage and berries, with reeded and ivory-insulated leaf-capped handle, the hinged cover with square finial, engraved with initials

With non-transferable standard ivory exemption declaration number NSFBVY33.

Fully marked near handle. Further part marked on handle and inside cover. There is some minor wear to the marks but in general the marks are legible. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is some cracking and discolouration to the ivory insulators. The initials are JMM.
