Pink silk bra - slight wear.
Pink silk body teddy with lace insertions - 36" bust, slight wear.
White satin teddy with blue embroidery - 36" bust, small spot mark below one bust.  slight wear.
Pink silk bed jacket lace trim - slight wear to the trims, 36" bust.
Pink floral shirt/bed jacket - 32" bust, wear to the lace, slight wear.
Pale blue embroidered bed jacket - 38" bust, yellowish marks to the back.
Peach camisole with embroidered - 35"bust, slight wear.
Blue floral teddy - 34" bust, water mark to the reverse. Lace later applied.
peach cotton teddy - 36" bust, strapes repaired.
Pink cotton french knickers, - 28" waist, small spot to the front, slight wear.
Pale pink french knickers - 30" waist - slight wear.

Auction: Costume, Accessories & Textiles, 9th Feb, 2024

A host of beautiful 18th and 19th century costume and accessories redolent of the English Country House will go under the hammer in the Costume, Accessories and Textiles Sale on 9th February, including a rare set of 19th century men's livery uniforms, a group of parasols which once belonged to Princess Mary, Countess of Harewood and daughter of George V, 18th century silk shoes and dresses, a 1930s lady's motoring outfit and a carved knitting stick inscribed 'Rudding Park', the fine Georgian manor on the outskirts of Harrogate.

Also of note in the sale is a circa 1911 Steiff teddy bear, and a good collection of Lace from a Private Collection, which includes fine examples of Late 19th Century Irish Youghal Needle Lace, Late 19th Century Swiss Whitework Lace, and Early 20th Century Honiton Lace.
