Circa 1930s and Later Day and Evening Wear, including a cream silk dress with blue and white spotty

Circa 1930s and Later Day and Evening Wear, including a cream silk dress with blue and white spotty collar and cuffs, short sleeves, zip to the front; cream silk full length dress with short sleeves and waist ties; peach silk two piece with Eastern style embroidery to the straight skirt, jacket, cummerband and drawstring evening bag; a full length, bias cut bronze lame style long sleeved dress, with waist detailing; Salm Spiegel Berlin black silk loose fitting evening coat with attached scarf; black net mounted dress, with red lining to the bodice and zig zag applique mounts to bodice and skirt; full length, sleeveless chiffon mounted evening dress with bead appliques; Saks 5th Avenue evening fur stole (8)

Saks fur stole - some wear, mainly around collar. Black and red dress - light mark to bodice, couple of seams open on waist and side seams - hem frayed and some wear. Pink silk embroidered two piece - repair to back of neck on jacket, some light spotting to skirt, couple of tiny holes near waistband, some loose threads and slight wear. Black evening coat - some wear to silk and fading, couple of areas where seams loose to collar. Yellow silk dress - hole under one arm, couple of tiny pin head sized holes overall, black stain to waist and shoulder. Silvered dress - repairs to waistband, colours faded and tarnished, numerous loose threads and wear overall. Cream and blue stop silk dress - several light stains overall and a couple of tiny pin head sized holes.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
