Circa 1920's to 1950's Costume, comprising a rust coloured crushed velvet long jacket with smocked and gathered collar and cuffs, single button fastening to one side, cream lining; green velvet shoulder cape; purple crushed velvet dress with long sleeves and gathered detail above the waist; green floral crepe dress wit three quarter length sleeves, boat shaped neckline, panelled skirt; pale green crepe dress with short sleeves, gathered panel to the bodice, buttons to the reverse; red satin full length sleeveless evening dress, with shawl type collar and straps, cream under dress (6)

. Rust velvet jacket - hem altered, velvet worn and wear to the lining. Green velvet cape - fading adn slight wear. Purple dress - has had alterations around the neckline, patched and stitched repairs under both arms, wear to the velvet. Green floral crepe dress - slight wear, couple of loose areas to waist seam. Pale green crepe dress - fading to the top of the dress, loose seams under each arm, stitched repairs to button placket; Red dress - under dress has some red staining. Repairs where the brooch had been later put, wear to the fabric.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
