. Condition - Blanes black fur dress - couple of marks to the velvet. Blanes black velvet dress - slight wear. Patterned and black chiffon dress - two tiny holes to the chiffon on the neck, also to the top of the zip, slight wear. San Clair Boutique dress - slight wear, zip broken and small tear to the bottom of the zip. Elmoor of London dress - slight wear. Hammells dress - good condition. Berndale by Stefney dress - had a stitched repair to the neckline, slight wear. Academy Costumes dress - some tacking threads to the zip area, good condition. Cream spot dress - slight wear especially around the armholes.

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to Prospective Buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale.

We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a condition report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.

 Works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. We accept no liability for the opinions expressed in any Condition Report.
