Printed by Adam Islip, Joice Norton and Richard Whitakers, 1636, folio in eights and sixes, engraved title (laid down), [34], 1630, [48] pages, lacking [par.]1-3 (1 a blank) as well as final blank, staining, several marginal repairs and tears without loss of text, some illustrations with hand colouring, margins trimmed close with partial loss of running title, page number or fore-edge initials in a few places, some annotation, lower fore-edge of 4D4 trimmed into text, 2H1, 5N5 and 6T1 torn with basic repairs, 3D2 and 3D6 transposed, lower corner of 3O5 and centre of 5T1 torn (slightly affecting text), 7A3 bound out of sequence, repairs to 7A1 onwards (Table etc.) with loss of text in places, all edges gilt, full calf gilt with detached upper board and torn backstrip.
