A Lady's Garnet and Diamond Set Fob Watch, circa 1900, gilt finished cylinder movement bearing a later inscription Patek Philippe & Co Geneve, enamel dial with Roman numerals, case with garnet and diamond set back cover

Case with surface scratches, garnets with small scratches and very minor chips to the edges in parts, diamonds are all complete, glass with small chips and scratches, dial with small chips and cracks at 12 and 3 o'clock positions, movement is dirty, movement not working, movement is bearing a later inscription Patek Philippe & Co, Geneve, this watch is not by Patek Philippe. Case with no signs of any gold marks and no hallmarks. Total watch weight 30.4g.
