A Second World War Military Wristwatch
signed Record, know by collectors as one of "The Dirty Dozen", circa 1944

(calibre 022K) manual wound lever movement signed, black dial signed and with a military broad arrow, luminous Arabic and outer baton and dot markers, seconds dial, base metal case, stainless steel screw back engraved W.W.W. broad arrow and numbered L21841 539688, inside back cover stamped W.W.W broad arrow and numbered 539688, fixed bars between the lugs, one of the lugs stamped with number 553

Case with nickel plating rubbed in parts, case with surface scratches and small dents in parts, case back with opening tool scratch marks, plexi glass with scratches and crazing cracks, original dial with luminous numerals flaking in parts and some outer dot and baton luminous markers are discoloured, later strap and buckle, hand setting correctly and winding smoothly, movement in going order.
