A Chinese Export Silver Box
With Chinese Character Artisan Mark for He Guo, Retailed by Wang Hing and Company, Hong Kong, Canton and Shanghai, Circa 1910, With English Import Mark for Edinburgh, 1911

Marked underneath with maker's mark, Chinese character and standard mark. The bezel marked with English import marks. The cover apparently unmarked. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a minor softening to the high points.
