An 18 Carat Gold Full Hunter Minute Repeater Chronograph Pocket Watch
signed Rueff Freres, La Chaux-De-Fonds, circa 1910

lever movement, bimetallic split balance with a blued overcoil hairspring, minute repeating with two hammers striking on two outer gongs, enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer fifth of seconds track, seconds dial, case with two buttons in the band to operate the repeat and chronograph, case stamped inside the covers 18k and numbered 284993, cuvette engraved "Repetition A Minutes Rueff Freres Medaille D Or Bordeaux 1907 La Chaux De Fonds chronographe"

Case with surface scratches and dents in parts, plated bow is discoloured, dial with a hairline crack between 2 and 3 o'clock edge to the dial centre, minute hand has broken off and come away from the centre arbor, seconds hand has come off, seconds hand pivot is not visible when looking in the aperture under a 12x eyeglass, chronograph hand is missing, hour hand is moving when hand setting, movement is fully wound, movement is repeating when pushing the repeat button, movement not working at present, total watch weight 88.3g.
