The Slingbacks - the leather is very stiff with light surface scratches and crack around the sling, in need of re-soling. The collar with some small cracks to the painted panels. The evening jacket with damage to the edging of the cuffs. The other evening jacket with unhemmed edges and discolouration in part. The black capelet in overall good condition, the stitching on the collar is coming loose. Both fans with guards and sticks heavily damaged, guard length 23cm

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
