Circa 1830-1870's Baby and Children's Cotton Gowns and Dresses, comprising an empire line long baby gown with scalloped detail, capped sleeves and under dress; Ayrshire boys cotton dress with needle lace and drawn thread work (shortened); a girls day dress in white muslin with lace insertions to the front; off the shoulder neckline cotton muslin dress with braid trim; post 1850 'monthly gown', worn day and night for the first month for newborns, with feather stitch; long cotton muslin long dress with chikan embroidery; long dress with handmade bobbin lace; pina cloth Chinese embroidered panel, silk gown and a white cotton dolls dress (one box)

. One handwritten 'Noo*ard 1891' - split to sleeve hole. Gown with drawnthread work and embroidery - small brown spot marks to hem. Cream silk dress - possibly alteration to waist. Cotton dress with floral embroidery - stitched repair just above hem, slight wear overall. Cotton dress - gathered frills spotting to hem, repair under one arm, slight wear. White dolls dress - wear and pulls. White braid day dress - several small darning areas and slight discolouration. Sleeveless day dress - some darning areas, couple of light brown spots. Chinese cloth - couple of loose threads/slight wear.
