An antique wooden chip carved stand, possibly Indian, the demi-lune block holder pierced with three holes to the top and decorated with a bold chip carved daisy wheel on one side, diaper work on the other, and chevron bands on either end, raised on a conical base of stepped moulding, 8'' (20cm) high, 81/4'' (21cm) wide, together with a 17th century bronze bell dated 1864 (2)
