A First World War Trio and Memorial Plaque, awarded to 9877 PTE.J.E.BORTHWICK, YORKS:L.I., comprising 1914-15 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal, together with five Field Service Postcards stating `I am quite well', one stating `I have been admitted to hospital' and another stating the name of the hospital, dates from February 1915 to September 1917; also two embroidered silk postcards and other ephemera.
