The necklace is in good condition. It fastens with a tongue and box catch, and features a figure-of-eight safety clasp. It is stamped '18K' and '750' and in our opinion it would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour H/I/J, clarity SI2/I1/I2. The pearl measures approximately 14mm x 14.5mm. Gross weight 22.4 grams. CR made 2nd March 2016

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
